WHAT: In our organizing conversations, we aim to have clear outcomes and authentic interactions. Regardless of the structure you follow in your one-on-ones, skills for reading people effectively, knowing when to move ahead in the conversation, and practicing curiosity are key. Without these skills, we risk misunderstanding what the person truly cares about, rushing to the ask, undermining trust, or missing opportunities for deeper relationships. If one-on-ones are like a dance, this workshop is about the ‘back-and-forth dynamic’ on the dance floor, beyond the basic dance steps.
